Each organization stands by our commitment to building relationships, networking, and providing guidance to the people who need our help.

with our candidates that have entered our doors provided me with diverse stories that are often integrated with confusion, frustration, and hopelessness. In effort to resolve these issues, creating PLUS Institute seemed like the perfect solution. Many of our intelligent and highly qualified candidates lacked the basic cultural knowledge necessary for survival, such as, not knowing the proper formats of an American resume and cover letter or business terminologies to pass an interview. These constant barriers would result in declining chances of job opportunities, a sequence of failed interviews, and a loss of self-esteem. Unable to bear what was happening to the Korean community, the staff and I of PLUS Career gathered up courage to embark on a journey that will assist, guide, and push our candidates to go beyond their potential skills.
